- How long will my account be active?
- At this time Always Free Conferencing has no minimum use policy so your account will not deactivate. However we reserve the right to discontinue inactive accounts. You will be notified by email if we choose to deactivate your account for non-use. If service registration is still open you will be able to reregister at that time.
- How do I get an Always Free Conferencing Recording account?
- Simply sign up for an Always Free Conferencing Call account and you will be given a dedicated phone number, an access code, a subscriber PIN, and complete instructions on how to utilize our services.
- How long will my conference recording be available?
- You will have access to your recording for 120 days or until you replace it with another recording. You can store multiple recordings in your account, and you can download your recording and store it digitally.
- What formats are available to access my recording playback?
- Your recording will be available for callers through a dedicated phone number and access code for 120 days or until the recording is replaced with a new recording. If you would like to playback or archive your recording, it is available as a MP3 file.
- How long will my conference recording account be valid?
- You will need to renew every year. This helps us keep the network even and lets us ensure the best quality for all of our callers.
- How Do I download to MP3?
- Just input the phone number you used for the conference, the host / moderator code, and the number you used to identify the recording and the system will do the rest. Go to our Download Page to download, and share your files.
- What are the costs involved in a AlwaysFreeConferencing?
- Only normal long distance charges by each caller's carrier apply. There will be no bill or charges from Always Free Conferencing.com for this service.
- Is there a limit on how many calls I can make?
- No, you may make an unlimited number of calls and have an unlimited number of access codes if you feel it necessary.
- How many callers can be in a single conference?
- The maximum is 25 callers. There is no required minimum number.
